consulting services to institutional investment managers. The company was formed by equity managers to produce
tools for equity managers who prefer a disciplined investment process. Our

(the Twin Portfolio and Order Management System)
is the newest addition to the TEAM SYSTEMS
product line. TwinPOMS consists
of robust Portfolio Management system, a powerful Portfolio Characteristics
module and a sophisticated Trade Order Management system. Finally, the
sophistication and power required to compete in today's market is available in
a package within reach of even the smallest investment shops.
2. Quantitative Equity Selection/Modeling
Software - the QuantVision®
system provides equity managers with a powerful Windows-based tool set for constructing,
backtesting and implementing their own proprietary returns-based models.
Its modular design allows clients to quickly design and test customized
multi-factor investment strategies, utilizing the data of their choice, without
writing software code. QuantVision is an open tool that can turn

3. Custom Research/Consulting - we have
found that equity managers have many unique needs, some of which may be better
served by an outside consultant. We offer consultative
help in the area of quantitative equity research and portfolio management.
